In a recent interview, Dr. Clements stated: "Our brain determines who we are and what we do. What we think and how we feel controls how we act and how effective we are in our daily life. If our brain is troubled, we can't be at our best. I can not overemphasize the need for everyone to attain and maintain optimal brain health. Our brain begins a gradual decline in our 20's. The better we take care of our brain, the slower the decline will be. If we exercise our brain and give it the nutrients it needs, we can slow the decline process significantly and maintain good brain function well into our 80's and 90's. As the correct daily vitamins are an important supplement for our body, Excelabrain is my brain supplement choice for overall brain health, attention, focus, and memory."
